OSM Environmental Consulting is an established environmental consultancy based in Mallusk Enterprise Park, Belfast, Northern Ireland, specialising in Contaminated Land Assessment, Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Assessment and Waste Management. We combine over 20 years of industry experience and regulatory work at NIEA to navigate the system efficiently by being trusted to produce accurate, science-based results for clients of all scales and requirements, including private individuals, developers, planning consultants, architects, contractors, housing associations, local councils and waste operators. OSM takes a director-led approach, meaning that senior staff members remain directly available to clients and fully transparent throughout the progression of work. We use in-house technologies to ensure accurate results independent of third parties to provide the most time and cost-efficient service to our clients. Our team are members of the Institute of Environmental Science (IES) and the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM) and continually engage with research to stay at the forefront of professional practices.
