O.M. Management is a full service drug testing and drug program management company servicing employers nationwide. Our services range from providing a single drug test anywhere in the country to full service drug and alcohol program management and testing programs servicing multiple employer locations nationwide. DOT/ FAA, FMCSA, FTA drug and alcohol testing and program management consortium is at the forefront of our services.

O.M. Management was born out of Physicians Health Center’s drug testing program. Physicians Health Center (PHC) started with drug testing at its inception in the early 1980s. To meet regulatory guidelines, FP&L’s Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant’s administrators asked PHC to oversee their drug and alcohol program. In 1995, when the State of Florida began requiring Medical Review Officers to take an MRO certification course, O.M. Management was formed to meet the increasing demands of drug testing services and compliance, across the Drug Program Management landscape.

Today, O.M. Management has several MROs and a full compliance department. We service thousands of employers in aviation, trucking, manufacturing, biomedical research, and other industries, using state-of-the-art drug and alcohol testing, reporting and program management.
