Nutrition First

Nutrition First offers nutrition education and coaching to those who realize that what they eat determines how they think, feel and look. Nutrition First clients are people who are ready to make proactive dietary and lifestyle changes so they can live the healthiest lives possible. The program offered to these clients is called The Replacement Program.

The Replacement Program is designed to educate clients about nutrition and other factors that can have a positive or negative affect on their health. It shows clients how their current lifestyle and food choices are connected to either health or disease. It gives them replacement food options and recipes for the foods they eat today. It offers a realistic step-by-step approach to eating healthier, and it helps them make permanent changes so they can live the healthiest lives possible. The Program is geared to individuals, parents and young adults. It takes 8 hours to complete and is usually done in four 2-hour sessions.
