Introduction
Northwest Etch Technology is a manufacturer of thin, intricate metal parts through the use of photo etching and precision photo chemical machining. Since 1978 Northwest Etch Technology has been serving the greater Seattle area.
Photo Chemical Machining (PCM) is a high quality, fast turn-around, low cost way of manufacturing precision, thin, “flat†metal parts that can be used as components for electronic, medical, aerospace, small appliance, decorative industries, industrial companies and many others. Northwest Etch Technology creates parts from many different types of metals including aluminum, brass, chromium and more. Because the process is fast, precise, and leaves the structure of the metal unchanged, it’s the perfect choice for low-cost tooling.
Northwest Etch works with a number of industries to produce precise, thin metal parts in a timely fashion. The most prominent industries that work with us are telecommunications, satellite, defense, auto, medical devices, and semi-conductor.
