NarkHomes - Nicole Nark, Realtor

Nicole Nark is a Little Rock real estate agent selling real estate in Little Rock, Benton, Sherwood, Hot Springs and surrounding areas. After sitting through several closings as a child and riding around in the back of Realtor’s cars, Nicole Nark became educated in real estate years before she ever considered it as a career. As a young girl, Nicole’s family moved several times both across the country as well as around town but regardless of the place, Nicole and her family were never wowed by the service they received. From an early age, Nicole Nark realized it’s all about people and relationships. While attending the University of Arkansas, Nicole noticed the difficulty small business owners had reaching local residents with deals and specials in an effective manner. The problem led her to come up with an innovative solution and negotiate win-win situations for clients fostering their continued growth.
As a certified Google AdWords Search expert, she understands how search engines work and has mastered how to create engaging posts on social media to grow her network. After graduating college and moving to Little Rock, Nicole made it her mission to acquire all the real estate knowledge she could in an effort to represent clients with clarity and transparency. From the innovative ways in which she uses social media, marketing techniques and her real estate expertise, she has proven herself as a cutting edge real estate strategist, earning the respect and admiration of her colleagues. Nicole brings her vast knowledge of customer service, sales and online marketing to the table to get your house both seen and sold while aiding you in negotiating the property of your dreams.
