Newseal is a specialist timber and damp company based in Truro Cornwall dealing with woodworm, dry rot, rising damp, cavity wall tie replacement and structural repair. We can offer a specialist damp and timber report and we are a family run business that has been established for over 12 years. Our surveyor is fully qualified and has gained the CSRT qualification(Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatments) through the Property Care Association PCA on their rigorous training course. Our surveyor has also completed the Thor Helical remedial design engineering course in masonry defects and diagnosis, this allows us to correctly specify the solution for any structural defects.
