Newport Academy

The Family Intensive Program at the Newport Academy gives parents the opportunity to interact with the children and understand better the issues of substance abuse and trauma. Being a parent to a teenage daughter who is currently undergoing treatment at the Newport Rehab Center, I have been a part of that program. As a parent it has helped me understand what pain my daughter might be going through and this was very much needed.

My relationship with Newport Academy is about 3 years old now. Today I am full of respect for the Academy as it has done a wonder in my life. I had fallen into bad company and get addicted to drugs. I suffered from behavioral problems as well. My parents were in great trouble as I did not respond to any treatment that they got for me. At last, they took me to Newport Academy on the advice of one of my neighbors. I was greatly impressed by the positive atmosphere as well as the friendly attitude of the entire staff there. I was treated in a great way and it resulted positively as well. Today, I am working with a leading MNC and leading a decent life. However, I have not stopped visiting the Academy. I wish to offer voluntary services to the Academy whenever they would need. Thanks Newport Academy for the nice job you have done!
