With New Life Prenatal Classes you will:
Learn what your options are and what to expect physically and emotionally during labour, birth and the postpartum period
Discuss, ask questions and watch videos about pregnancy, childbirth, baby care and breastfeeding
Practice pain management techniques like relaxation, breathing, positioning, movement and more
Empower yourself with knowledge to make informed decisions
Share ideas, fears, joy and concerns with other expectant parents
Instill confidence in your ability to birth and care for your baby
We offer group, private and online classes covering a variety of topics throughout the year. Classes are facilitated by a Certified Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula. Private classes are held in the convenience of your own home.
