National Skin Hospital is a state of art Skin Hospital with excellence in dermatology, dermatosurgery and laser surgery specialities. The Hospital also provides services in specialized fields like : Paediatric Dermatology, Genito-Urinary Medicine, Geriatric Dermatology, Psoriasis and Vitiligo cells, Phototherapy and Allergy Units. The Hospital is now setting up Skin Cancer and Anti- Ageing Cells.
The sole aim of the hospital is to provide the best and most advanced dermatology services to the patients of South East Asia and worldwide. The hospital is headed by Internationally Acclaimed Dermatologist and Dermatolaser Surgeon, Dr. Vikas Sharma.
Dr.Vikas Sharma had done his M.D. in (Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology) from P.G.I. Chandigarh.
He then was Senior Registrar at Indira Gandhi Medical College, Shimla.
Internationally , he is Fellow (Dermatology), NSC, Singapore.
He was selected as an International Fellow by American Academy of Dermatology in year 2011.
He is also a Member International Medical Sciences Academy .
He has presented numerous papers in International Conferences and publications in both national and International Journals.
