closed sales, and median closed prices. According to my latest report
released by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), which tracks
home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco
Island), the Naples area housing market’s second quarter 2013 surged
ahead of the second quarter 2012 in pending sales by 11 percent and in
closed sales by 6 percent.
