The Piece de Resistance, our tantalising flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken is made with African bird's eye chilli which makes it mouthwateringly tasty.

In our time, we've done everything from creating an oasis of calm in a hectic shopping mall to transforming a crumbling railway bridge arch into a stunningly atmospheric restaurant. We'll bite off more than most can chew and make it into something amazing.

We've got a thing for detail. Our Afro Portuguese heritage means a lot to us, and whether it's just a hint in the decoration or artwork on display, you can find our roots in every Nando's restaurant.

Not only do we commission top restaurant designers, we also support the contemporary South African art scene. Pieces from our collection are displayed in all of our restaurants, so your eyes will be just as satisfied as your belly.

We have a strong design ethos across all of our restaurants. Conformity is boring, so we like to paint every new Nando's with a different brush. Any restaurant you go to will feel like a Nando's but still have something that little bit different.

Food without music is like chicken without Nando's delicious PERi PERi sauce. Our playlist is an eclectic mix of talented African and World artists that bring a little bit of South African culture to the table. The upbeat rhythms should get you tapping along in no time.
