Flow Meter Calibration System - System Modules (include) Pumps with VFD / Distribution Headers / Mounting Clamps / Spacers – Reducers.NAGMAN FLOW-LEVEL SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS LLP, Chennai (NFLSS) is a recently formed subsidiary of Nagman Group of Companies, an ISO 9001-2015 certified company spread across PAN India, serving the market since its inception in 1972 offering comprehensive calibration solutions to our customers across the globe.
NFLSS LLP was incorporated on 14th March 2018 under Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide registration no: AAM – 2362 with a mission of identifying niche avenues & potentials across the globe and enhance the business in the following product lines.

Nagman has gained expertise in Designing & Developing in house calibration Rig at customer places using any of the methods. Viz…Gravimetric / Volumetric / Comparison. We have studied and analyzed the difficulties being faced by process Industries in calibrating their flow meters through OEMs / Remote laboratories / on site calibration. Having examined the limitations in these methods of calibrating process flow meters, NAGMAN has arrived at a solution to develop an in-house calibration System at customer place.
Our Parent Company Nagman Instruments & Electronics Pvt. Ltd., was established in the year 1972 started manufacturing RTD / TC sensors, moved on to pioneer the concept of Portable Calibrators for Temperature, Pressure & Signal. Later developed Calibration Work Stations / Test Benches – Primary & Secondary Standard Calibration Test Benches, Temperature Calibration Test Benches, Electrical & Electronics Calibration Test Benches, Multifunction/Multi-parameter Calibration Test Bench Workstations and Computer Aided Calibration Systems.
We have proven track record having Designed, Supplied, Installed and commissioned several Systems both with in India and Overseas as custom built using Gravimetric, Volumetric and Comparison methods and achieved an uncertainty of close to 0.05% in the gravimetric system.
We are fully equipped to support our elite clients through our highly qualified and trained Engineers in pre/post order activities, after sales support, Installation & Commissioning etc.
Our Flow Calibration Laboratory is accredited to NABL as per ISO/IEC 17025 – 2005 established both in Chennai and Mumbai. Our Chennai flow lab is capable of calibrating various process flow meters, domestic water meters from meter size DN 6 up to DN 400 with a flow rate of 1 LPM up to 24,500 LPM while the Mumbai flow lab is designed up to DN 150. Both the labs are state of the art with fully automated operation. We do calibrate high accuracy flow meters used in custody transfer application.
Our center for calibration which is formed as an another subsidiary company under NAGMAN group is accredited to NABL – 17025-2005 situated in Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi and equipped with state of the art master calibrators to calibrate various Instruments pertain to Temperature, Pressure, Signal and Linear parameters. There are formed sub calibration centers at BARODA & VIZAG.
NFLSS LLP will be engaged in Design & Development of new products & systems to meet customers’ needs related to flow & Level parameters.
