My Solution Wellbeing is a Wellbeing Service founded by two professionals with a passion for supporting people. We offer private counselling, wellbeing, self-care advice and life coaching as well as support for businesses and services with delivering in-house mindfulness and yoga classes, counselling, wellbeing support for team leaders, managers and directors. We can facilitate assessments and support employees to ensure an effective return to work therefore limiting and minimising long-term sickness.
