Introduction
My Posture Perfect helps our patients to relieve pain and stress from their posture through the use of Orthotics. The feet are the foundation of the body. As the skeleton is an interconnecting structure, orthotics (shoe inserts/insoles) are used to correct the whole body by stabilising the feet. When the feet are out of alignment this can cause problems elsewhere in the body. By wearing orthotics the body is in balance allowing all the joints and muscles to work more effectively and lessen the impact of damage which can occur over a lifetime. Rebecca Atkin has over 10 years’ experience as a podiatrist. Since October 2014 she has been working alongside podiatrist and orthotic specialist Fiona Wilson, who will be retiring in summer 2015.
