Introduction
My Own Mentor and The Health and Social Care Training Academy offers a wide range of first aid training and specialist courses taught by experienced nurses such as safeguarding, administration of medicines, mental capacity act and deprivation of liberty safeguards, dementia awareness, palliative care and end of life awareness, venepuncture, catheterisation, epilepsy awareness and administration of buccal midazolam to name just a few. Courses can be undertaken in our skills centre or on-line and other services include professional support such as clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching.
