Introduction
Mures Tasmania is a vertically inegrated Tasmanian seafood buisness that embraces a hook to plate philospohy and incoporates a 76 foot long-lining vessel, a processing factory and wholesale distributor, a range of gourmet products and three seafood restaurants on Hobart's waterfront.
Jill & George Mure established Mures Fish House in 1973 in Battery Point, Hobart. When they struggled to source quality, fresh, local seafood, George went fishing.
More than 40 years on, now owned by Will & Judy Mure, Mures Tasmania remains a vertically integrated Tasmanian business from hook to plate that still loves quality, fresh, local seafood.
Mures Upper Deck provides an intimate and truly unique venue for your next event. Whether it be a private cocktail party, sit-down dinner or corporate lunch, we are experienced in tailoring an event to suit your needs.

Starting at sea, we look after our fish from the moment we catch it on the line, right to your plate. Our friendly staff, who happen to be seafood experts, will help you out whatever you’re after:
