Multi Style Yoga School

Yogi Sidharth was born in Eastern India in 1988. After graduation, he worked in telecommunications as a professional but left it all to follow the spiritual path. It was in 2008 that he took up yoga and perfected his practice in various styles of hatha yoga, such as Sivananda, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. He imbibed and assimilated the strengths and benefits that each of these styles of yoga brings to the practitioner. In 2010, Sidharth completed both 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher training courses and soon thereafter, became a traditional hatha yoga instructor. In 2012, he went to Mysore where he became a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor. In the same year, he began teaching yoga at some of the best yoga schools and ashrams in Rishikesh.
