Introduction
Muki Sports gives children the opportunity to get involved in workout sessions, sports and bootcamps. Muki Sports accommodates children from the ages of 6-16 and caters for the whole of the London area.
Our Muki Sports qualified instructor Alastair is a real hit with children and is a REP level 3 Master Trainer which he gained through the Australian Institute of Fitness. He has worked as a personal trainer in top clubs such as Bannatynes and Virgin Active.
Muki Sports is a great experience for children, our boot camps and after school fitness activities are fun and a great way to keep fit!
