ast year we launched a USA based franchise, Mr Sandless, which uses a revolutionary process for the resealing of wooden floors without having to sand them – we have been searching for this solution for some time due to the extreme convenience that the process offers establishments in the public arena.

Mr. Sandless® makes refinishing wood floors quick, affordable and painless! There is no mess to clean up,
no odors, and service is complete in just hours.

We use a very similar process to a light sanding but with a high speed machine and a special non-toxic solution to remove waxes, polishes and general grime off the floor. Our process is better able to prepare the wood floor for refinishing than a light sanding by removing anything from the floor that shouldn’t be on there. Everything is removed in solution so there is ABSOLUELY NO DUST or mess. Then we seal the floor with our own brand of finish and can add colour toning into the process in order to get a better colour across the floor if required. The final finish can be gloss, satin or matte and it looks like urethane, lasts like urethane and you can clean it like urethane. But unlike urethane there is no smell, and it dries in less than an hour.!
