Introduction
Movement lab is a good place if you are finding the Physio Clinic in Ponsonby. We provide clinical Pilates rehabilitation and also offer one-on-one sessions at our Ponsonby studio for a more personalized approach to training. At the movement lab, we take your training personally. Our ACC registered physios at movement lab use evidence-based treatments in our beautiful Pilates studio, so any goal of yours is possible.
