Introduction
Move to Thrive is a fitness project by Ashley Beldon, the principle member of Move to Thrive LLC, owner and operator of Embody to Thrive Pilates studio in San Francisco, Educator for ITT Pilates, and producer of fitness and wellness videos. With over 15 years of experience of teaching Pilates to groups and individuals, she has gained trust of her esteemed clients. From over 7 years, she is indulged in educating Pilates instructors for a premier Pilates certification program.
Move to Thrive focuses in building strength, flexibility, and resiliency at an individual’s convenience. Private and group classes are provided tailored to the client’s specific needs, learning style and goals. Different techniques are combined to optimize joints and muscle function.
