Testing Policies
Repeat determination :
Tests can be repeated when requested by the attending physician.
Test Additions / Cancellations
Tests can be cancelled without charge while specimens are in transit. Test additions can be requested provided the specimen is adequate and viable.
Notification of Delay / Repeat results
Mourya Diagnostic Center Maintains a specific procedure for addressing drays / repeat of patient tests. The client are informed telephonic ally / email within 2 hours of notification from the concerned department.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
The most meaningful and quantifiable measures in health care are accuracy and speed of diagnosis. Mourya Diagnostic Center is committed to providing the fastest turnaround possible to improve patient management. The lab monitors the TAT stringently and evaluates areas for improvement on daily basis.
