William Morgan started Morgan Aluminum Products in 1962. In 1978, Morgan Aluminum Products became incorporated – it became Morgan Aluminum Products, Inc. In 2001 he added a new name – Morgan Fence & Awning, with one location in Fairfield, CA and one in Concord, CA. Bob Morgan purchased the awning division in 2008 at both locations. He renamed the company Morgan’s Outdoor Living, Inc.
