Introduction
MBCS is responsible for the collection and recycling of beverage containers from the South West of Calgary. It operates within policy parameters set out by the minister of Alberta Environment. Recycling beverage containers delivers many great benefits to the environment and also makes good economic sense. MBCS operates on the basis of enhanced customer service, refunds for all registered containers under legislation, continious improvement in operations and a culture focused on honesty, integrity and accountability.
