Introduction
The Mona Lisa Touch is a radical new therapy for the treatment of genitourinary symptoms of the Menopause including vaginal dryness, painful intercourse, prolapse, vaginal laxity.
Symptoms due to lack of oestrogen leading to Vaginal Atrophy that occurs in the menopause respond extremely well to this treatment. Patients who have had breast cancer and irradiation with lack of vaginal lubrication also respond really well to this treatment. It has even been proven to work for lichen Sclerosis.
Current Mr Appanna one of the first exponents of Mona Lisa in New Zealand, conducts clinics in Hamilton and Tauranga but will be doing clinics in Auckland and Rotorua in the near future.
