At Momentum Personal Training the philosophy is simple, your body was designed to move. Whether it is running, jumping, lifting, climbing, crawling or cartwheeling, your body just needs to move. Unfortunately, over time our lifestyles have adapted and we have become far too accustomed to spending long hours sitting at a desk or on the couch and not nearly enough time moving.
