We are excited to be bringing a new turnkey concrete-free foundation system to Colorado and the western market. The product is an energy-efficient pre-fab composite foundation wall and footing. The prefab walls come with: R 16.5 insulation, stud framing in place, a double top plate, and a vapor barrier. An entire foundation for a new home can be installed in just 1 day with a few non-skilled workers. This allows us to bypass a lot of the problems concrete presents (curing, weather-dependent, subs) at the same cost while saving home-builders tons of time.
