I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998. I help my clients make decisions on purchasing and/or selling real esate. Let my experience and expertise help you make the right decision.
My job is to get your house sold and if you are purchasing a home, help you get the best deal out there. Some of the things I do for my clients who need to sell their homes are; advertizing online, open houses, use the 5 touch method (flyer system), ugly yellow signs, print advertisement, manage vacant homes to insure that they are well kept and in show condition at all times and report on the status of their transaction to seller once a week via email, text, phone call or in person. My job on helping you purchase a home is to go out and research online and via word of mouth on finding you the best house for you to call HOME.
