Introduction
Sanshinkan Martial Arts is one of the oldest Martial arts club in India and was established during the 60s in Sweden, Stockholm. A Martial Art can be defined as a system of techniques, physical and mental exercises developed as an effective means of self-defense and offense, both unarmed and with the use of weapons. The term Martial Arts refers to all the various systems of training for combat that have been arranged or systemized. At Sanshinkan Martial Arts Club, one can learn Martial Arts regardless of age, gender or limitations, it is never too late to begin practice. It is a modern universal art of self-defense and character development.
