Mix Asian Fusion is a family run restaurant lead by the Cheng family who have over 20 years experience in the restaurant business. Although the east remains somewhat foreign and mysterious to many of us today, the basic principles of Asian cuisine are really quite simple. One should have a feeling of satisfaction after having eastern food. This is only possible when the nutrition is balanced and the various tastes contained in the ingredients are in harmony with one another.
