The state-of-the-art architectural wonder pioneered by renowned theatre impresario David Mirvish in association with acclaimed architect Frank Gehry and executed by Great Gulf developers. The multidisciplinary iconic urban landmark featuring two imposing residential towers is situated in the bustling Entertainment District neighborhood on King Street West in Toronto. The grand project is in pre-construction phase and will stand true to its reputation once it gets finished.

Featuring twin towers of 92 and 82 storeys perched on two 6-storey stepped podiums with a proposed 1949 dwelling units, the project will address the rising demand for condominium living and add a new feather to Toronto’s skyline. Among the 1949 residential units, Mirvish Gehry Condos will comprise 215 bachelor units, 935 single bedroom units, 566 two-bedroom units and 233 three-bedroom units. Besides this, the towers will house 9957 square meters of retail space and 23,326 square meters of office space. A total of 670 proposed parking spaces with six levels of underground parking and eight loading docks will be present on the premises.
