Hi! My name is Melanie. I am an incredibly goal-oriented and dedicated individual, with a great passion for health. At the age of 35 I came to realize that it is possible to turn your passion into your career. As a result, I studied to become a holistic health coach, and now help clients achieve their personal health goals in life. I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. In 2019 I completed my training in India to become an Ayurvedic Therapist. I continue to study the Vedic sciences based on Dr. Frawley’s studies in cooperation with the American Institute for Vedic Science. In working with me, you will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.
