The Miller Law Group is not a typical family law or divorce law firm. While many other firms focus on litigation, attempting to obtain results for their clients through aggressive litigation tactics, we understand and respect the emotional complexity of divorce and other family law disputes. We believe in using collaboration and conversation to reach results that are fair for all parties involved in a range of family law matters. We help our clients divorce with dignity.

We also represent clients in other matters that are often related to family law disputes, including estate planning and probate, contract and partnership disputes and premarital agreements.Our founding attorney Katherine Eisold Miller is a prominent Collaborative lawyer and family mediator who has dedicated her career to educating others about the role of alternative dispute resolution in family law matters. She has been a guest speaker on national and local television and radio stations and is regularly quoted in newspapers and magazines. She is past president of the board of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals.
