Michelle Pearson Occupational Therapist

I am a paediatric Occupational Therapist, trained in Sensory Integration, working with children from birth to 12 years of age.
I treat babies experiencing developmental delays, and give advice to families on normal baby milestones and how to stimulate age appropriate development. I am also able to assist with babies experiencing sensory integration difficulties (this can often affect their sleeping, eating and general mood; which is likely to result in a 'fussy' baby).
I also work with older children experiencing difficulties with sensory integration, postural control, motor abilities, visual perception and school related tasks (such as writing and numeracy).
I have experience and enjoy working with children with syndromes, autistic spectrum disorders and pervasive developmental disorders.
