Introduction
Hello my name is Michael and I offer 5 string banjo and acoustic guitar lessons in Edinburgh, Scotland. I specialise in old time, clawhammer/frailing banjo, traditional folk acoustic guitar accompaniment and folk, country and blues fingerstyle guitar playing. I work with a number of private students and a public group class at the Scots Music Group. I offer individual or group lessons from my home, a small, warm and cosy flat in Leith. I am keen to work with musicians of all experience levels and musical backgrounds.
