Introduction
"Let's face it. Gong to the dentist can be intimidating for anyone, regardless of age. Children, though, have always had a tendency to find dental visits scary and uncomfortable.Michael L. Gordon, D.M.D. puts those fears to rest. Dr. Gordon and his caring team specialize in pediatric and adolescent dentistry, serving the children and teenagers of the Cincinnati and Maineville, Ohio areas in a relaxed, fun, kid-friendly environment.
Your child's first dental visit to Dr. Gordon will be as calm and hassle-free as possible. Over the years, the doctor and his staff have learned that the less fuss made about the visit, the better it is for the child. By taking this laid-back, comfortable approach, Dr. Gordon can introduce your child to a world of proper dental care. Parents are invited to stay with their child throughout the first visit. On subsequent visits, you are encouraged to let your child venture into the exam without you, thereby gaining independence and developing a personal relationship with the staff.
Dr. Gordon is respected as the region's leading child dentist. He graduated from the University of Kentucky and did his residency in pediatric dentistry at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Since that time, he has remained on staff at Cincinnati Children's as part of a program training dentists to work with children who have special needs. Dr. Gordon stays abreast of the latest preventative dentistry breakthroughs and is committed to continuing education.
Michael L. Gordon, D.M.D., has two offices to better serve you. The Cincinnati location is located at 3544 Springdale Road; the Maineville practice is at 2575 U.S. Route 22-3 West.
