I have often been asked, “What made you want to become a therapist?” My answer is simple: I have always had a genuine interest in people and why we, as humans, do the things we do.

We are often times our own worst enemy with our negative self-talk, destructive behaviors, or rigid thinking. Fortunately, much of our suffering is preventable and fixable. I became a therapist to help people resolve their distress and live happier, more balanced lives.
