Biltong, better than jerky! Welcome to Meat Makers, a 100% Canadian-owned meatery. We want to share our love of meat with fellow Ontarians. We specialize in producing a South African delicacy called biltong which is often described as being similar to Jerky but healthy (No Nitrates or added sugar). The perfect high protein, low fat meat snack for gym junkies, hunters, snowmobilers, fisher people and of course a great accompaniment to any cheese board!
