My name is Devon, the founder of Me & Kay. Or should I say co-founder. My partner Kayla, is my 8 year old daughter whom I am completly obsessed with. (Even though she thinks I am old and not cool.... seriously, WTF?!?!?!)
I knew I wanted to show my daughter girls can truly do anything, and working together just makes us more powerful. When a girl feels good about herself she radiates confidence. And that is what I strive to make her feel everyday. Whether it is telling her good job on a test and hanging it up on the fridge, or taking her shopping and letting her pick out whatever outfit she feels good in. Everygirl needs to bring out there inner Beyonce, and totally rock it! The earlier we can teach them how awesome they are, the earlier they will believe it!
I have always been an artistic creator. In school I studied art, and went to college for Graphic & Web Design. I quickly realizes working a 9-5 desk job wasn't for me. I found a passion for photography, and started working in the Children's Fashion Industry. I quickly became obsessed with styling my shoots. That's when Me & Kay was born.
