1-Try to extract the sdat and update your virus definition manually. This probably requires a system reboot
The path i believe should be here:
C:Program FilesCommon FilesMcafeeEngine
Just copy the following files from the extracted SDAT:
1) MCSCAN32.DLL
2) Names.dat
3) Scan.dat
4) Clean.dat
And perform a system reboot McAfee cannot update your software. Please check your Internet connection. If the problem continues, please contact Technical Support Call 1-844-813-3268
