McCallion Staffing

McCallion Staffing Specialists was created in 1979 and is a three-generation, family-owned business whose owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations. We have successfully supplied companies with their “people” needs in the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and Chester County, as well as the Lehigh Valley. We are also a Certified Women’s Business Enterprise and Certified Small Business. Our philosophy is based on a client-focused approach to everything we do. We take the time to learn about our clients’ individual needs and look for long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships based on honesty and integrity, which separates us from other admin, warehouse, and manufacturing recruitment agencies in the area. As a family-owned corporation, we genuinely care about client satisfaction and have the ability to make immediate decisions without “red tape” and countless hours of contemplation. We strive on creating strong, close-knit relationships with our clients and candidates, which has allowed us to maintain an excellent reputation for over 35 years.
