Introduction
We guide people through the complex process of handling their motor vehicle accident claim. Some cases involve litigation, most do not. Unlike many accident lawyers, we do NOT charge clients for assistance in getting them their initial no-fault benefits, including payment of medical bills, wage loss, and help around the house. Our fee to pursue a claim against the person responsible for causing the accident (or their insurance company) is 22% of what we collect. Most attorneys in Michigan charge 33 1/3%.
