We’ve been designing, branding and generally solving problems since 2006, when three designers came together and set up a firm called Vita Design.
Powered by adrenalin and beans on toast, we quickly made our name in design and print. But we didn’t sit still, and have since evolved to embrace digital, branding and creative strategy, expanding our services in turn.
Fast-forward a decade to 2017 and our relaunch as MASS Associates: a small (but perfectly formed) creative agency based in St Helens, Merseyside.
From here we offer a full range of digital and print solutions, marketing strategy and standout creative, backed by more than 35 combined years of hands-on design and branding experience.
We like to think we’ve gone from strength to strength because we love what we do. But more than that, we believe our experience puts us in the best place to tackle your challenges. We know where you’re coming from, because we’ve been there too.
Our Approach
However you need our support, we think you’ll find our approach to work refreshingly different. After all we’re creatives – not salespeople.
We listen
First things first, we focus on getting to know you. This means asking loads of questions and listening closely to your answers. Until we get you and your goals, we won’t lift a pencil.
We know our stuff
From top to bottom, we’re experts in thoughtful design, branding and digital so you don’t have to be. But if the project calls for a specialist, no problem: we know exactly who to lean on.
We’re flexible
When the budget’s tight and the deadlines are tighter, it’s good to know we’ll work around you. We’re big believers in collaborative working, so we want you to see us as part of your team.
We’re down to earth
We’re proud to make things easier, not more complicated. That’s why we don’t do waffle, flannel or faff. Call it our no-nonsense northern promise.
We’re upfront on costs
No shocks. No eye-watering invoices. Like everything else we do, our rates are simple and straightforward, with design starting from just £40 per hour.
