Introduction
The owners of Mash! Restaurant & Guestrooms are Murray & Anna Norton. They share a passion for excellent service and fine foods and wines. Mash! opened in July 2012 and along with the well established Italian eatery Murray’s, is also in the wonderful vibrant village of St Aubin, which is also there home.
Anna is a highly skilled professional within the hospitality industry, with both a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. Anna is as comfortable in a kitchen as she is front of house, with a high level of restaurant management knowledge.
Murray is a professional broadcaster on radio and TV throughout the world. After nearly thirty years experience with the BBC, he still presents with Channel 103fm in Jersey. He has written for newspapers, appears regularly on stage and is one of the best known personalities and charity fund raisers in the Channel Islands.
Between them they work ‘hands on’ with Executive Chef, Trevor Howard in bringing you a dining experience, based on high quality food, service and value for money. Trevor has recently joined the team from Jaime Oliver’s much heralded Fifteen in London. His new style of service and refreshing menu is already wowing food critics and customers alike.
As you would expect from a restaurant, located on the harbour’s edge, we will have a locally caught fish specials menu which will compliment our own kitchen herb garden, locally reared pigs and specialist local growers. Our menus change frequently, offering an exciting experience for parties large and small in a perfect waterside location.
