I had bought a plot of land quite some time back and finally was ready to build a house on it. Looking for contractors for the same, I came across Marwood Construction and booked a consultation with them. We sat and brainstormed about how to build a custom home on the plot. They even made me a 3-D visualization of the layout so that I could understand it better. The best part of going for the contractor was their LEED-certification. After our garage caught fire, we decided to add a live in quarters above the garage renovation. Most of the roof was damaged so it made sense adding the air conditioned square footage above. However, when we reached out to Patrick he made sure it got the necessary attention and while rebuilding the existing structure had the live in quarters completed in no time. Fair price, good work and a pleasant experience.
