Introduction
Our story started nearly 20 years ago when our founders (Paul, Mike & Steve) quit their jobs after being told their ideas were no good. With just £6,000 initial investment mingled with lots of blood, sweat & tears (yes really!), the business is now truly global with ~60 staff serving >80 countries. We've got ISO 9001, Investors in People (Gold) & Institute of Customer Service accreditations and we’ve won two Queen’s Awards. Maybe those original ideas weren’t so bad after all?!
