Introduction
Marr Piano Studio imparts professional piano lessons to residents of the California Bay Area. We are passionate about music. It is what we "repeatedly do". Music is a special gift from God to us. It is an honor to pass the love of music to others.
Our musical pedagogy includes technical studies, theory, musical improvisation, ear training, sight reading and ensemble work. It provides performance opportunities and includes the MTAC Certificate of Merit program Path A and our own Marr Piano Studio Certificate of Achievement. (Optional) Students involved in these programs receive yearly trophies and certificates for achievement.
Ms. Marr is certified in piano, organ, and voice by the "Music Teachers Association" of California, where she is an active member. She also is a member of the "National Guild of Piano Teachers", and the "American Guild of Organists".
