Introduction
Malabar @ Darlinghurst opened its doors in 2003 realising the need for an authentic South Indian restaurant in the area. The food is authentically South Indian with an unexpected complexity of flavours making it a taste sensation. The decor of the restaurant takes you to the early 1900s with life size murals of Maharajah's combined with a variety of tongue tickling flavours using local fresh produce.
