am massively disappointed. I ordered various products fro my daughter's birthday and paid for the express postage. Not only did the item arrive with the mirror smashed but I also found that the incorrect palette had been sent. I immediately emailed customer services with a photo, expecting a response. I even explained that the items were to cheer up my daughter, who had only had spinal surgery some weeks before. A week later and still no reply. The phone number is clearly deliberately incorrect and now I am concerned about my bank details being used. I will be contacting 'Watchdog' to report this, please be careful. The system won't let me attach a photo at present.
