Introduction
Better Maindy Centre is Cardiff's only outdoor cycle track and the home of 2018 Tour De France winner, Geraint Thomas. Better Maindy Centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment of it's gym and studios complete with state of the art Technogym equipment. Additionally the centre has Swimming Pool with a full programme of swim lessons and public swimming sessions along with a dedicated group cycling area. The centre's handy location to the City Centre means that there are excellent transport links.
